I came across this article on Fast Company earlier today and loved their advice on ways to make sure you and your company are conveying a more INCLUSIVE interview approach when speaking with candidates. Here were some of the main takeaways:

- Create Inclusive Job Postings

- Train your interviewing team about the Do's and Don'ts of Unconscious Bias

- Have a Diverse Mix of Interviewers

- Ask Good Questions of Candidates

- Outline a Process and Stick to It

- Encourage Virtual Backgrounds
