Dan Rossetti
Dan Rossetti brings nearly 20 years of involvement in the execution of recruiting engagements within the sports and entertainment space.
Rossetti re-launched Ascension Sports Partners in March 2020 and has begun servicing clients and candidates with traditional search and recruiting services as well as some other new offerings. His clients have included: John Force Racing, Sonoma Raceway, Green Bay Packers, Chip Ganassi Racing, Dover Motor Speedway, DC Soccer Club, Monumental Sports & Entertainment, Blueprint Sports, and others.
In September 2017, Rossetti was acquired by industry leader, Prodigy Search, and served as Principal Consultant. At Prodigy, Rossetti helped with overall business development and took on engagements with the following: NHRA, NWSL, Live Nation, Navigate Research, Phoenix Raceway, IRONMAN, Delaware North, PGA Tour, USA Hockey, Professional Fighters League, Levy, Philadelphia Union, Gen.G, Twin Galaxies, Fanalytical, Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association, and others.

Prior to being acquired by Prodigy Search, Rossetti ran Ascension Sports Partners, which he founded in 2008. Since starting Ascension Sports Partners, Rossetti has conducted searches for many organizations within sports and entertainment. Some of these include: International Speedway Corporation/NASCAR, Atlanta Falcons, New York Jets, USTA, Circuit of the Americas, IndyCar, UFC, Bellator MMA, Speedway Motorsports, Richard Childress Racing, Planet Hollywood, Nashville Predators, Columbus Crew, Professional Bull Riders, and many others.

Preceding Ascension Sports Partners, Rossetti was the Senior Vice President at Turnkey Sports and Entertainment (now Turnkey ZRG). While there, Rossetti was responsible for the management and recruitment of executive searches for clients within the professional sports, entertainment, and experiential marketing fields. Some of these included: Baltimore Ravens, Washington Capitals, NBA, Milwaukee Brewers, Sacramento Kings, Feld Entertainment, Arena Football League, Philadelphia Eagles, Washington Nationals, and many others. During his tenure, Rossetti’s team helped increase overall search revenues 250% from when he started.

Before stepping into the sports & entertainment recruiting space, Rossetti spent nearly five years with the nation’s largest Information Technology staffing firm, TEKsystems (a division of Allegis Group). At TEKsystems, Rossetti learned and honed his trade as a recruiter placing numerous technical candidates within the Southeastern and Midwestern marketplaces.

Rossetti earned his BA in Business Management from Wittenberg University and is a continuing member of the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM). He speaks regularly at college and university campuses about working in the sports and entertainment industry and has moderated and participated on panel discussions at the Cynopsis Esports Business Summit, Association of Luxury Suite Directors (ALSD), Race Track Business Conference (RTBC), National Sports Forum, Nashville Predators Breaking Into Sports Career Day, and the Columbus Blue Jackets Breaking Into Sports Career Day.

Rossetti spent over a decade involved with the Make A Wish Foundation of Southern Ohio and Northern Kentucky including spending several years in a leadership capacity on their Regional Advisory Board. A former rugby player, Rossetti enjoys spending time with his family, exercising, visiting local craft breweries, and cheering on the Clemson Tigers. Dan currently resides in Mason, OH with his wife and their two daughters.
