About Arkansas Edge: Arkansas Edge is the NIL collective that serves student-athletes at the University of Arkansas. POSITION HIGHLIGHTS:

 

Fundraising – The Director of Development will assist the Executive Director with defining development strategy and be the primary owner of developing, implementing, and executing donor research and relationship-building methods and solicitation and stewardship programs for the Collective’s individual, foundation, and corporate donor program. This will include planning and making gift asks; creating solicitation and presentation materials; providing education on NIL (Name, Image, and Likeness) fundraising policies and regulations and insights on the impact previous funding has made; tracking the progress of stewardship and solicitation activities; and providing strategic summaries for key donors as well as Collective and BPS leadership.

 

Account Management – This role will provide top-level customer service to donors, businesses, and individuals who support Arkansas Edge student-athletes.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

 

·  Bachelor's degree from a four-year accredited college or university

·  At least two (2) years of experience in college athletics fundraising or philanthropy

·  Demonstrated understanding of Name, Image, and Likeness as it relates to the collegiate athletics space

·  Proven track record of developing and maintaining strong and lasting relationships with relevant internal and external stakeholders

·  Strong sales and presentation skills

·  Conscientious attention to detail, proactive and self-motivated

·  Must demonstrate a high level of integrity and honesty

·  Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

·  Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver high-level results

·  Ability to travel and work nights/weekends as needed

·  Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite

·  Role is located in or near Fayetteville, AR
