POSITIONÂ HIGHLIGHTS:
·        Revenue Generation – Identify, prospect and work with national, regional and local businesses that wish to promote their businesses and brands by engaging with NC State student-athletes and the Collective through NIL opportunities. The primary goal will be to establish and raise new NIL funding through business partnerships and sponsorships. This role will be expected to prospect and close new opportunities, plan and conduct sales meetings, consult businesses on NIL rules and how NIL opportunities can provide value to strategic marketing plans, negotiate deals and contracts, and provide reporting to leadership.
·        Athletics Administration – Work the collective Executive Director and Blueprint Sports leadership to be a liaison with athletics administration, coaching staff and student-athletes.

QUALIFICATIONS:
The ideal candidate will possess the following characteristics, traits, and experience:
Bachelor's degree from a four-year accredited college or university, NC State alumni, and/or former student-athlete preferred but not required
At least three (3) years of experience in corporate sponsorship sales, sports marketing, marketing/advertising/influencer strategy, media/agency/radio/TV sales, talent representation or B2B sales
Demonstrated understanding of Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) as it relates to the collegiate athletics space preferred but not required
Proven track record of quickly developing and maintaining strong and lasting relationships with relevant internal and external stakeholders
Strong sales and presentation skills with the ability to follow up, negotiate, influence, and close deals quickly
Possess a conscientious attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
Demonstrate a high level of integrity, honesty, and has a reputation as the person who always does the right/fair thing
Be proactive and self-motivated by a will to achieve results and win
Must possess an entrepreneurial mindset
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and deliver high-level results
Ability to work nights/weekends/sporting events and travel (<10%) as needed
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite(s)
